JPHES provided design services for the M/E/P systems for 35,000 SF of Auditorium Historic Restoration. The facility was a 1923 building with steam heating only. JPHES was tasked with overcoming limited space for routing ductwork/piping to provide heating and cooling while keeping low sound criteria. Additionally, the electrical system had to be upgraded and natural gas generators were provided to provide power in emergency conditions.
