JPHES provided design services for the renovation of the M/E/P systems for a 4-story, 249-resident freshman dormitory. The building was originally constructed in 1954 and had limited space for routing ductwork/piping. The electrical system was upgraded and a high-efficiency HVAC system was provided that offered each space with a choice of heating or cooling year-round. Additionally, the design team provided a phased approach by wing to allow the facility to remain occupied during the renovation.
