The Fort Norfolk Plaza is a nine floor, 195,890 square feet facility featuring state-of-the-art, full-service medical spaces, providing high-tech, high quality care for the residents of the Hampton Roads. The building suffered a fire on the roof on April 9, 2012 causing significant damage to one of two cooling towers supplying condenser water to the building AHUs. JPHES was hired to provide commissioning of the HVAC systems that were damaged and subsequently repaired.
