The $52 million, nearly 142,000 square foot health and dental clinic supports the Southern European Task Force, U.S. Army Africa, the 173rd Airborne Brigade Combat Team and other U.S. military beneficiaries. It includes a consolidated health and dental clinic that brings together under one roof some services previously housed in separate 1960s-era buildings. They include social work services, early development intervention, birthing, and dental services.
JPHES provided a full time site mechanical QC specialist who also served as the contractor’s commissioning specialist. JPHES also provided a design for the building heating hot water and domestic hot water plants served by the campus central stream system.
