JP Harvey provided plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work for the design and construction of a US Army Training base in Novo Selo, Bulgaria. The base was designed for a resident population of 2,500 and a non-resident population of 150.
JP Harvey was responsible for working on over twenty buildings, each with unique design requirements. Building types included but were not limited to: dining facilities, entertainment areas (Movie Theater), educational facilities, administration buildings, aid stations, maintenance shops, and latrines.
Close coordination with Bulgarian designers was required to provide bilingual drawings and designs that met code requirements from both countries.
