Collegiate School is a preparatory school located in Richmond, Virginia. Its campus contains lower, middle, and upper schools along with many other educational facilities. The intent of this project was to increase available seating/space for Collegiate’s middle and upper school dining and kitchen building. A major renovation/addition was needed to accommodate serving 300 to 400 students four times a day. JPHES is proud to have been on the team with Tymoff+Moss Architects to ensure superior quality in the design of this project. We enjoyed designing the complete mechanical system upgrade, new electrical distribution system with a back-up generator, and plumbing renovations to satisfy the needs of the Collegiate school students.
