Portfolio: Design Build

This LEED project consisted of the design and construction of a 19,238 s.f. dining facility designed to prepare and serve three meals per day, seven days a week, 365 days per year for 800 military personnel.

The Quad III facility is a four story administrative office building. Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design services were rendered.

Renovated the United States Coast Guard Marquette Boat House.
