Originally built in 1923, having only a steam radiator heating system and no HVAC, JP Harvey completed a 35,000 SF Auditorium Restoration on Ogden Hall at Hampton, University.
A few key points to the restoration include:
- Severe space limitations for installation of new ductwork and pipe distribution system.
- Low sound level criteria
- Installation of the HVAC could not impact the historical interior décor.
- Twin 300 KW natural gas emergency generators.
- New upgraded exterior electrical switchgear.
Construction was completed in 2006.
