In 1998, Joseph P. Harvey, P.E. purchased the firm and assumed 100% leadership and has served as the Principal-in-Charge for all projects. The name of the company was changed to “JP Harvey Engineering Solutions” in 2003. The name may have changed, but the quality of service did not falter and has only improved over the years.
